Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Tiana.

I’m the founder of The Mompreneur Company and I serve as the Director of Communications for We the People of Detroit. At the core, I believe everyone deserves a fair and equitable shot at building the life they desire. That’s what drives both my creative work and my advocacy.

I’m an entrepreneur and marketing strategist. I’ve worked with Fortune 500 brands, mom-and-pop shops, and everything in between—offering strategic consulting, creative campaigns, and clarity around how to grow with purpose. I co-founded an award-winning ad agency, and now I’m leaning deeper into the work that lights me up: helping people and companies align with who they truly want to be.

Whether I’m supporting a mom building her first business or amplifying voices in the fight for justice, I care about impact, integrity, and doing work that actually moves people forward.
