Hi, I'm Tiana.
I spent years doing the work—Fortune 500 clients, award-winning campaigns, a 6-figure marketing consultancy, an ad agency I co-founded that earned industry recognition for work I was genuinely proud of. I was good at it. Really good.

But I was also exhausted. And I kept coming back to the same question: why am I this good at building things for everyone else?

I'm a marketing strategist, a communications director, an entrepreneur, a community advocate—and a mom. I've sat in the boardroom and at the kitchen table. I know what it takes to build something from the ground up, and I know what it costs when you try to do it without the right support.

I didn't build TMC because I had a passion for coaching. I built it because I had a decade of hard-won professional experience, a clear-eyed view of what it takes to build a real business, and a deep conviction that women like me—women who've already proven themselves in the professional world—deserve a program that meets them where they actually are.
